hey! I'm 28 years old new to MFP. I had an eating disorder for most of my life (20 years) and was lucky enough to enter into recovery about 3 years ago. I had to personally give up most exercise and any dieting during this time and gained A LOT of weight. I am now ready to lose weight the healthy way, which is a very delicate balance for me. It is day 5 following a meal plan and tracking macros and I feel great. Please add me if you can relate! I am here to support in a positive way and really would love support myself as well.
