After a month of being the same weight I finally lost weight it made me feel really good because I was starting to get discourage . Right when I needed the numbers to move they moved in the right direction in the month that I didn't lose weight I lose inches but it's not as satisfying as seeing the numbers drop down . Here's to the end game I know I can do it.
