Yesterday - A minus..Just missed the walk at lunch. Too rainy and windy and call me crazy but I am afraid of trees in the neighborhood falling and low and behold last night one came down. You can see the roots of the trees as you walk by them on the road exposed and rain and wind..yup..branches and trees come right down.
Today -
-High Carb day - meal planned - little over on calories but that's ok on High Carb
-Gallon
-WOD - up early to do that before work - cardio/stretch psoas workout at home
-HIIT tonight
-out with the girls so the dinner may change up but I will stay true

I got my exercise done too before work.
I'm ok with wind it's the lightning that scares the cr** out of me. When we were teenagers my family went on a picnic and in came this storm and lighting everywhere hitting trees all around us my dad kept moving the car to get to a safe spot the devastation was everywhere. Nope i don't mind saying when you have trees falling down in the blink of an eye it's unnerving.
Today is stay in calories

Life has been busy so I haven't logged on here for a few days, but I am still here and working towards my goals.
Great news here... the scale is moving in the right direction and I am finally back in one-der-land! Woo hoo!
It is a snow day here today so I won't be at the gym. My goals today is to eat small amounts of healthy foods more often throughout the day and find time to relax.0 -
Hi everyone. I am really struggling. I have been eating very poorly (way too much). I'm still exercising, but the eating is out of control, and I am embarrassed to change my weight on the spreadsheet-- I don't want to mess up the group progress. : (
I logged for today, and I exercised. My plan is to stick with what I logged. I REALLY want to get back into the game here.0 -

After not being able to sleep the night before, last night I crashed, . Yesterday was a successful day but the scales not moving like it would like it! It's less likely that I'll be at my goal weight by my birthday, ugh! Congrats on being in one-dear-land @6mimi! @deejkush the journey here is a struggle. Sometimes "My plan is to stick with what I logged." is the first struggle. You can do this, one day at a time!!!!!0 -
Good morning!
Hit my goals yesterday. My weight dropped this morning! Yay!
Still super stressed over the house issues, but I have the next few days off and don't have to be back to work until Monday. Trying to relax, but just really want some answers about the house. Maybe I'll do a little extra workout today to help me destress.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 12k steps
3. 2 mile run (and maybe a strength workout)0 -

I think I found the sweet spot! Last year I did a little experiment with my TDEE and ate 2700 calories a day for two weeks. At the end of that period I was exactly 2 lb heavier. I stayed away from the scale during those 2 weeks but I'm sure that in the first few days my weight was much higher and then it just adjusted.
I have been eating around 3000 calories for the last 4 days and it seems that I'm at the sweet spot. My weight is starting to come back down and my body adjusted to a higher calorie intake. I'm not sure how many more maintenance days I need, but I will just take it one day at a time.
Yesterday I did my workout and it felt good, recovery during these high calorie days is a dream Usually, the day after my workout, I'm a little weak but this morning I was really strong and I accomplished my first set of 4 chin-ups in a row. I guess things are ok with me
In a weird way, this motivates me to start loosing more fat so I can reach my goal weight and enjoy maintenance permanently.

Hi everyone, had a good day yesterday met all my goals and the scale finally made a nice swoosh this morning. Just hope it doesn't reverse as quickly as it dropped.
Having some health issues as I indicated a week or so ago. My iron levels have dropped to very low levels and I'm really struggling with tiredness, just constantly wiped out. Had an appt at the hospital today and will be receiving an iron infusion in the next week or so. The next thing will be to determine the cause of this internal blood loss.
Today's goals:
Full body strength training (deload) - done
Walk
Eat wisely
Rest

Hi there folks. Today went well. It was easier to resist the bad foods and while I failed to exercise I am under my calorie goal for the day. Tomorrows mantra is "5 days till weigh in, 5 days till weigh in, 5 days till weigh in"0

So glad everyone is still here. Enjoy your updates anytime they come. No worries about updating daily. Some of us do cause it helps guide us and some of us don't ! @deejkush The journey is just that. Ups and downs and very personal. I know for me I have thought about well I'll just battle back and leave the weight but somehow it helps me to just keep it real and document where I am at. No worries. Just do what works for you. Just keep going! @Kenda2427 Hope they find something the unknown is sometimes more difficult. @SingRunTing Hope the long weekend and beautiful weather gives you time to destress, glad for the woosh! @danelutza19 Oh my.
