The right food for feeling full and still losing weight?

Hi all

Some kind person in another post pointed me in the direction of this group. Just after Xmas, in time for my New Year's resolution, I increased my calorie limit to 1600 on MFP, equating to 1 pound/ week weight loss. However, this has failed me. I was doing a lot better weight-wise on 1200/ day before Xmas, but I was always so hungry.

So does anybody have any tips on good foods to fill you up, and still help you lose the pounds?
