Well yesterday did not go well. I drank my water thats about it.
Today I will try to do better
1)drink 10-12 glasses of water
2)go for a run
3)send out wedding invitations
4)stay in calories
5) hit my 13000 steps

I've been about the same weight all week. Need to work on that for my recorded Sunday and Monday morning weigh-ins. I really wanted to be at a normal BMI Sunday morning. My sons left a can of honey roasted mixed nuts on the kitchen counter. I apparently have trouble staying away from the can. I've now moved it!0

I have been terrible about checking in this week. Kind of thinking of it as a maintenance week since I'm tapering and fueling for my marathon. (Jumping between being nervous and feeling unprepared and thinking it will be fun. Right now I'm just dreading O'Hare, though!)0

@freyjac Oh I Like your number 3 I'm just staying true to my no eat before you do the exercise. We'll see if it makes any difference.0
