Happy Saturday!

Thanks for all the wishes! Things are gonna be ok.

Yesterday - A+ on water, C on movement, B on food - munchies at night. Still within calories.

Today - Up for HIIT - then doubles tennis later and a visit to my daughter. Great day planned!
Food - Cheat day - just means a little above maintenance - still maintain nutrition- 2000 calories
Water - Gallon to compensate for high intensity workouts.

Have a good weekend! Chilly but sunny here!

    Well my food on friday was less than stellar I was within my calories but not on point for protein. i don't want to think of how much sugar I consumed. So today I need to get on point.
    Also didn't sleep well so it's going to be a long day.

    today make food a priority on the list
    exercise
    get to bed early

    Happy Saturday, it's a rather dreary day here this morning. After a record breaking day yesterday of 15c and it's gloomy. But lots to do inside to keep me busy.
    Yesterday was not bad but didn't nail my goals.
    Today's goals:
    MOC Barre class
    Healthy choices
    Lots of housework and chores
    Rest

    Yesterday protein wasn't met and sodium was about 1900 which is high for me! My food choices wasn't the best but I stayed under my calorie goal. We had a wonderful time with the grand babies though so it was worth it!

    Today's goals:
    1. Run
    2. Afternoon walk
    3. Protein goal
    4. Under sodium goal

    Good morning everyone!!!
    Glad to see everyone keeping a positive attitude and staying motivated :)
    Yesterday I have accomplished all my goals and food was still in the "I can't believe how much I'm eating " level. My weight is exactly the same as the last 3 days and this makes me so so happy. I feel like my high calories days might be coming to an end since I'm getting subtle messages from my body. The first thing I noticed was that food started to taste different. I have the same daily ice cream treat but as I was eating it yesterday, it really didn't taste as spectacular as it usually does.
    Today is a gorgeous spring like day here and my plan is to take my daughter on a long walk to the park. Other than that, I will keep it basic for the day and really pay attention to how my appetite regulates itself.
