Do we have a place to record our measurements for 2016? We had one for 2015. Shall we do that here? I find measurements to be a great way to track our physique progress so it's not just about the scale.

    Sounds good to me. Not much has changed since December for me.

    December Measurements:
    Height: 4' 11.5"
    Waist: 37"
    Chest: 35"
    Hips: 36.5"
    Arm: 10.75"
    Leg: 20.5"

    Weight: 136
    Bodyfat: 30% (ish, calipers listed at 28 still but I add a little just cause not sure on accuracy)
    BMI: 27 (online calculator has healthy bmi for my height at about 125)


    February Measurements:

    Height: 4' 11.5"
    Waist: 36.5"
    Chest: 35"
    Hips: 36.5"
    Arm: 11"
    Leg: 21"

    Weight: 134-135 depending on the day
    Bodyfat: 30% (different gym so haven't asked for caliper testing or anything)
    BMI: 26.6 (online calculator has healthy bmi for my height at about 125 for top of range)



    Thanks for creating the thread. :smile: Now to work on my deficit and get a little more progress going in the next few months.
