Wow what a rough month--- it sure does not come as easy anymore.
The whole 48 hours at maintenance did not do anything for me....
I am still feeling exhausted and unmotivated- but still doing what I need to do. Eyes on the prize****Summer Body!!!****
Honestly I think I hit a stall wall. I looked at my journal from a few years ago and for some reason I had problems at this weight as well. I stalled for almost 6 weeks. Up and down between 171-179.
I hope that is not the case this time- please pray for me I don't want to loose my passion. While reminding myself Weight loss is not linear Beth- it's a process!
oh may not get on the scale until end of month to avoid any emotional eating stress

I feel like I worked harder last week but lost more weight this week. That's ok I will take it. I'm less than 2lbs from losing 100lbs. I'm so proud of myself but at the same time not as impressed as I thought I would be or as I would be for anyone else. I know weird.
@curves2j that is right! keep your eyes on the prize and keep working. I'm guessing you are doing some kind of weight or strength training working on that summer body! Take pictures and keep going if you don't see it on the scale you will feel the strength. I've been working with a trainer for about a month now and he is constantly changing our routine. So maybe it's time for a bit of a change in your routine but whatever you do....don't give up.
Oh and remember there is someone out there trying to get to where you are...me
