In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.
Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!
Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?
Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can!

How'd your week go Forest? My PT is going fine, moving along nicely..started driving now which gives me more a sense of freedom. Pretty much off pain meds ...what an amazing thing having new joints!
Strangely though the things I long for the most when I see someone doing them at Physical Therapy is jumping rope, hopping (as part of the particular therapy) and sprinting. Now I haven't sprinted for quite a while, or hopped or jumped rope... I guess it's a case of when you can't have it you want it. ha ha I have a wish for running which is really quite funny considering I've never entertained the idea of being a runner.
Now that I have new knee joints and I can't do the jumps, runs and such.. I feel like I'm limited. It's silly really as I can do so much now, I can walk straight, no pain, it's a crazy feeling to walk up stairs and know you're going to make it and not have your knee crunch in pieces before you make it up the 3rd flight.
So glad I had it done when I did and the 2nd one is just in time for beautiful weather.
Have a lovely weekend Ladies
Looks like everyone has been busy this week!0 -

Thanks Molly! I'm pretty happy about it Franky I'm over the moon! I had no clue it would be this simple to do and so quick to heal up and really be like brand new knees. I had no clue how they'd since they'd been in such pain for so many years. I walk across the parking lots and am grateful realize I can walk with no pain, When I'm with my Sister I sometimes make her walk behind me a time to two and tell me if I'm walking like a 'normal person'. hahah .
She told me I was walking normal after surgery when they had me up walking the same day...medicine has come so far.
Sorry to go on and on but it's just blows my mind how much my life has changed. After more recovery I think about the classes I'll try at the gym and it's ones I've never been able to try on land. It's exciting.
With less and less pain as it heals my mind goes to other things, leaves more space in my head to think beyond the old pain.
