Hi guys,

Just joined the group to meet/ talk with people about the BBG workouts. How is everyone's progress going so far?

I started BBG 1.0 in November 2015 and finished on 2/8/16. I lost about 6lbs total, 1 inches from my thighs, 3 inches from my waist and 2 inches from my chest. I was more interested in changing the way my body looks rather than just dropping pounds. I'm 5'7 and 135lbs. When I started BBG 1.0 I fluctuated between 139-141.

I started BBG 2.0 on 2/15/16 and I have my first workout of week 16 today. I'm trying to acheive my goal of 130lbs by May 2016 for a vacation to Hawaii.

I'd love to know how everyon'es progress is going so far... Are you enjoying the workouts? Have you noticed any changes in your body yet? Have you changed your diet at all?
