Good Morning.
Yesterday hit everything but water 3/4 gallon. Missed my gallon mark.
Today - Busy day so up early to fit it everything in.
HIIT this morning
walk 1 mile at lunch
cardio WOD at lunch
60 abs
1 gallon
Low carb day

    I hit my goals yesterday. Need to keep on moving forward.

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 12k steps
    3. 3 mile run

    Yesterday I did good today I'm going to have to take it easy I have a fever and feel rough.

    Rest and see how the day goes

    I am still struggling a lot with my eating. I have not weighed myself in a while because I think I will be very discouraged. argh! Goals for today: stay within calories, workout (done), yoga and dancing after work. I can do this!

    Didn't hit my goals yesterday. So very tired and just not feeling up to par. Got to work and home and that was pretty much it :o(

    Today's goals:
    concentrate on fluids
    stay within calories
    30 mins at gym - done (light workout)

    I can empathize with you @deejkush but we can do this..might be a little slower than we like but we will get there

    Good morning everyone!!!
    Yesterday was my first day back into deficit and it went very well. My workout was pitch perfect and I even did a proper session of foam rolling and stretching afterwards.
    Today will be my active rest day, with a little walk, push-ups, chin-ups and stretching. Nutrition wise, I want to keep calories in the green and have 1 1/2 gallons of water.
    Let's make this Tuesday fabulous!!!

    Today the plan when a little off peist when an unexpected working lunch threw the day and the meal plan out of whack. But I managed to keep it under maintenance, thanks to a morning aerobic session. But the house work was abandoned and my wallk never happened.
    Tomorrow needs to be as low a calorie day as possible as Thursday and Friday are celebration days at work. So the plan is much water and strict adherence to the yet to adjusted meal plan with a yoga class after work as well as the lunch time walk. It's going to be a tough Wednesday but I have faith
