For yesterday I am pretty happy with how things went. I hit my step goal and passed it by 300. I stayed in calories, I went for a 3 mile run, I called the rental place and sent messages to check on photographers.
Today I plan to
1) go for a run
2) kettlebell workout
3) log everything
4) hit my 13000 steps
5) 10-12 glasses of water

Happy March!
I'm trying to get things back to normal this week after my marathon Sunday (yes, I finished!) and get back to a consistent eating pattern, logging, and losing. I haven't don't my check in weight this week since after the race plus eating in New Orleans after, who knows what would be on the scale. ;-)0
