I've been wanting to start lifting for a long time, but I don't know exactly how. Can anyone clarify?

    The first thing I would suggest is reading the summary by Tameko.

    She did a great job laying out the program details in simple terms. Links to the videos are also in there. I would HIGHLY recommend watching them to get a feel for the flow of both workouts.

    If you have any questions, feel free to ask away!!! There are no dumb questions here and there are a lot of really smart ladies on here that can help you out with a variety of program/fitness questions.

    Definitely read the stickies - I was so scared to start for ages , keep reading about the benefits, keep sneaking a peak on here...

    - and then I just had a read, took a deep breath and did it!

    5 weeks in and its the best thing I've ever done.
