Rituals?

Just wondering if any of you have any running rituals that you follow that may seem a little odd to others - I have quite a few, like the order in which I put my " gear " on but the one that stands out to me the most is after a run I always have a cup of coffee - I don't know why I find that so odd but it is the ONLY time I drink coffee.

That's a good one, since I am big on getting my protein shake as soon as I am done.
@brhollifield I HAVE to have coffee just before I run. And usually don't eat or drink anything else before my run.

I like to sit in the car (proctasting?), checking MFP/email/texts, eating candy, drinking a red bull, watching who else is out there...0

I have to have my low fat chocolate milk after my long runs. Just love it and know the protein is good for my muscles.0
