Yesterday-all good except can't get to that gallon!
Today
1. HIIT done
2. cardio WOD
3. 60 abs
4. High carb day but good carbs
5. 1 gallon ( so far 6 in 10 to go! )

    Well I broke the fever but I still feel rough Oh well at least I just have a little shift at work and it's just a cold.

    Yesterday, was fablous as far as my workouts but my eating went nuts, ugh! Today is a new day though.

    Today's goal
    1. Stay under my calorie goal
    2. Hit protein
    3. Run / treadmill
    4. Strength training
    5. No late night snacking

    Well I broke the fever but I still feel rough Oh well at least I just have a little shift at work and it's just a cold.

    Good morning everyone!!
    @GrandmaJackie, 50% fabulous is still fabulous!! Way to go!!
    Yesterday was very good and on plan except I didn't quite drink 1 1/2 gallons of water.
    Today I want to get my workout in, a little walk, lots of stretching, chin-ups and push-ups, food within limits and as close as I can to my target of 24 cups of water.
    Let's make today fabulous!!!

    An ok day. Fab on the exersize but ate back more than I wanted. Ate the treats before logging the calories. Ho hum but I was still under goal. The next four days I get to negotiate celebration eating in a variety of social situations. Challenge on
