Meatloaf with mashed Potatoes
Savory Meatloaf with Gravy and Creamy Red-skin Mashed Potatoes.
I liked this one, the Potatoes were tasty and the Meatloaf was tasty too. The sauce was slightly sweet and delicious. I will be getting more of this one. I could also see the Meatloaf in a sandwich if You are allowed a extra SC. Not quite as large in weight as the NS, however more than adequate for a Dinner Entree. Lower fat, Sodium,Carbohydrates and Calories, Higher Fiber content by 1g, 3g vs 2g.
