Substitutions

My board of advisors advised I allow substitutions on challenges that you cannot physically do due to disability or injuries. If you have to substitute for another exercise, I will allow and count that toward the challenge. It is only to be done if you physically cannot perform the challenge. No one like burpees. But if you can do them, then you must do them. I am right there with you doing the same. Let's do it!

Thank you! I am still recovering from having surgery on both feet last month. So no running, bouncing or jumping for 12 weeks. I will substitute another exercise for things like jumping jacks in the future.0

There's lots I can't do with knee injury healing. But I will be honest and not substitute if it's not because it wouldn't be good for my knee0
