100 alternating Knee thrusts.
You are God forbid defending yourself. You need to grab attacker's shoulders and pull them into your knee thrusting upward Into their groin. You thrust your knee into them as quick and hard as you can. Very effective technique! Do 50 on each knee. Double up and earn double. Good luck!
