10/3/16 = 319.2 lbs (-1.4)
17/3/16 = 318.2 lbs (-1)
24/3/16 = 315.2 lbs (-3)
It was a much better week and I was able to stay focused and keep on track. Yeah me!!!0 -
I forgot to weigh in! Agh! Well, last time I weighed in I was 136.5 kg which is 3.5 less than the beginning. It's been a week and a half since then, so *shrug*

Total WL for the month= +2.5lbs it is what it is... Onwards to next month!
Ok, back in it again... Just got to keep my focus on the gym

It wasn't a big loss this week but hey a loss is a loss and overall I had a great month. I can't complain. I'm down 8.6 lbs total loss for March!0
