Best way?

What is the best way to diet and exercise without losing your breast milk supply?
Would love ideas on meals and fitness routine.

    Any luck? I've added Fenugreek and Brewers yeast, to my daily, just to be safe. I'm not working out super heavy, either. I'm walking with the baby, but it's more than what I was doing! So far, supply seems safe...
