Not much open ED activity on MFP, huh? I was wondering if the company's in the habit of deleting posts.
Apparently I joined MFP a couple years ago and then forgot about it until recently. I can't decide if it is going to be good or bad for my EDNOS.

In other groups I'm hesitant to post my real current and goal weights. I don't want to go extreme. I'm just already where a lot of people want to be.

I'm experiencing a rather twisted weight-loss duel with my mother. She's been pushing me to eat but dieting herself all my life so it's nothing new really. Just now I have a son and I really want to be healthy for him. Also want to be skinnier. I'm tired of my mom comparing herself to me and in a way I want to get to a point she can't reach. I don't want us to be the same size. I have to be thinner than her... Is that sick? I kinda think it's normal for daughters to want to be thinner than their moms. It seems like moms are usually bigger... Right now she's 52 and a size 8. Her goal weight is 125. I'm finally at my pre-preggers weight of 117 and if she knew then she would probably make that her goal instead. My goal is a fit 107. Those last 5-10 pounds, heh? Home stretch.

    I totally understand where you're coming from. Add me and we can support one another. My goal weight is also 107.
