Good Morning. Hi-5 for my goals yesterday all met.
Today: up early to fit work and stretching in
1. WOD plus 100 abs
2. walk at lunch 2 miles
3. stretch - massage night
4. 2nd low carb day

    Thanks everyone for the well wishes feeling a bit better today. Waiting for the insurance engineer to come look at the house this morning before I go to work. So I'm blaming the nauseousness on him . Ugh I just want some answers..

    Hi!

    I know I've been missing for a few days, but work has been insane. I'm finally able to catch my breath.

    Still really stressed, but managing better. I'm not stress eating, so that's plus. I've been using my workouts as an outlet and my weight is down.

    goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 12k steps
    3. rest

    @SingRunTing, you were missed :) I'm glad you're using your exercise as an outlet for stress. Stay strong!!!
    Yesterday I ended up feeling much better than I thought. It's so funny how a mental hurdle can create a sense of weakness in the body. Needless to say, once I overcame my fear, I felt amazing for the rest of the day.
    Today I'm still feeling sore and fatigued; my last workout wasn't something you recover from in a day :)
    My plan is to do a yoga session, take a little walk, keep calories pretty and drink as much water as I can.

    1. Stay within my calorie goal
    2. Baby proof my house, <3:)<3
    3. Plan my menu for the next couple of days.
    4. No no no late night snacking.

    Tonight my daughter is dropping my grand kids off, since she'll be gone on a business trip, :). Hopefully the weather will corporate this week for some park time! The other option is maybe grandma needs to take Joey to the movies!

    Happy Friday everyone! Fairly successful day yesterday and finally got all my appts booked for my health issues. On Thursday I am having my colonoscopy and upper endoscopy and then the following 2 Tuesday's I am getting IV iron infusions and hopefully between these 4 things we can determine what's going on and get it fixed!
    So tonight's date night, going out for a nice meal before my food restrictions start tomorrow lol

    Brisk walk - done 4km
    Rest

    Happy Friday ! The last few days have been jam packed but the plan has held. I am way over calories today but the weekly average is nicely under so I am taking that as a victory. Tomorrow is a singing day and Sunday is Mother's Day , which in my family means food.
    Saturday strategy
    Big breakfast
    Sensible picnik lunch
    Prep cake then short walk
    Cake in oven and cook the quick dinner I have planned
    Sofa and catch up on the 100 and the good wife.
    Still working on the tactics for Sunday because I really don't want to to derail myself over the weekend. Been there, done that, out grown the teeshirt.
