Morning, Everyone! Today's challenge may be hard. So do it as you can but we are going to get up and move!
Today's Challenge: Get in a bigger stair workout by pledging to skip every other step on the next couple of staircases you take.
This may be hard to do for certain people and please don't hurt yourself over it. Instead just walk the staircase normal and maybe go down it one extra time. Or maybe walk a little farther out of your way. Please be careful!

Don't usually have any stairs aside from my apartment stairs, but today I went up and down 4 flights 3 different times at work. My balance is not great, so I did them one at a time0

First challenge I've completed. There are 24 stairs to my apartment. I went up and down 23 times in 10 minutes. 12 times skipping a step going up (too scared to do so down as I am not so graceful), the other 11 single step. Thank you, I worked up a good sweat in that 10 minutes!0
