    YaY! But I coincidentally started my diet the same day this challenge began. The first week or so tends to be a huge loss cause of water weight. But whatever, Im happy for the progress :)

    Lost 3.4 lbs, which I am really happy about usually I am lucky to get 2 lbs. I had a good week, ate well, drank my water and logged my food everyday.

    Saturday's are hard for me to check in. :)

    Weight is creeping down much slower than when I first started. It's hard not to get frustrated. Happy to break through to 170's, finally, so that will be inspiration to keep going! Been waiting to reward myself with a massage (gift card yay!) when I crossed below 180. Going to schedule an appt now.
