Flex said I ate more than I did yesterday

I checked my Fitbit app last night and it said that I ate 1960 calories when if eaten 1800. I log food on MFP. I tried to edit it but didn't seem to be able to. How to I fix it? I care because Fitbit might adjust my TDEE based on whether I gain or lose eating (or appearing to eat) a certain number of calories. I don't have a computer, just an iPad and iPhone so use apps. Is that the issue.

Look in the Food log and see if there are any meals with multiple meal summaries. This has happened to me occasionally. If you find extras, look on MFP to find which one is the right one and you can delete the extras by touching and holding it (at least, if the iPhone app works the same as the Android app).0

I can't access my food log through the app. It just has a summary. The problem is under snacks. But I can't see individual listings to delete extra logs. I'm going to see if I can use my iPad to go through the browser. I can't do it with iPhone.0

Didn't work. I had to delete snacks and add each one again, on Fitbit.0

All Fitbit gets is a summary from MFP. That isn't the app. However, if you show more than one summary per meal - which is the problem I've had occasionally - you can delete the extras. If you only showed one summary, but with the wrong number of calories, that's different. I guess I'd first try deleting the summary in Fitbit and then editing the meal in MFP to try to force a resync. But, that might not work for a previous day.0

Everything was fine on MFP and there was only one summary for snacks on Fitbit. But the math was wrong.0

Also - Fitbit won't adjust TDEE based on eating.
TDEE is based on you moving, nothing with food.
I have no food logged at all on Fitbit - it still gives same expected TDEE.0 -
