Happy Monday everyone!

This weekend I was off of my goals a little as I was celebrating my anniversary. It was an amazing weekend, but time to get back on track with my goals.

Today I am eating very clean, very low carb, low sugar, 10 cups of water and a gym workout in the evening.

    Time to deload those carbs!
    1. Low carb day around 100 gm
    2. Gallon water
    3. WOD - strength - 3 sets mini at lunch
    4. walk at lunch
    5. HIIT tonight

    Have a good day. My scale is a little up but that's because I reloaded my carbs over the weekend!

    Good morning!

    Had a good weekend and hit my goals. My weight dropped quite a bit, so I'm happy with that.

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 12k steps
    3. TRX (strength)

    First monday I didn't weigh in with a huge weight gain. Granted I now have a huge incentive my little sister is coming home for a visit and I haven't seen her in a few years.

    goals:
    increase water
    increase exercise
    get plenty of rest

    Happy Monday! So, today is day 5 of the scale being put away...it's a hard habit to have..weighing daily...so I'm excited to see what the next 25 days will bring. Trying to do a high fat, high protein, low carb plan this month. Hoping for good results before my 2 year fitaversary in April!

    Today:
    1. Stay with in cals and hit those macros!
    2. Gym time for classes
    3. Water goal--this is a must today!
    4. Stick to the plan, pray, and refocus today

    Good morning everyone!!!
    The weekend was good to me :) calories were nice, the chest pain is slowly going away and my weight is better today than Friday.
    Plan for today is to do something outside; it's a gorgeous day and I want to enjoy it. If my chest doesn't bother me, I want to get my training done! Other plans involve more lemon water, good food, chin-ups and rest.

    Scale is up today but not surprised I endulged this weekend knowing this week I would be rather restricted.
    Today's goals"
    lower body strength training - done
    stay within calories
    hit protein
    try to hydrate
    possibly HIIT class tonight depending on how tired I am

    Sunday was a total fail but in a fun way. Monday was ok. There was exercise and the calories scrapped under. The water didn't happen but the household chores did. So it was a win for my inner adult. Back to work Tuesday and back to the plan.
    No snacking at work
    More water than coffee
    Stick to the meal plan
    Hang out the washing
    Bit scared to get back on the scales - might try and wait till weigh in.
