New to fitbit, any tips/pointers

As the title says I've joined the fitbit revolution (resistance was futile) and got the blaze. Any pointers for starting out? Things I should adjust or change to make fitbit and mfp work better together?

No way that I could find, best is mfp sends over the generic info only to Fitbit.

That is why people use MFP for food logging and have Fitbit.com for exercise logging, with them linked the adjustments come into MFP. So you can see burn and food in one app.0 -
