How's it Going?

I was wondering how all of us are doing on our weigh loss journeys? January was a rough start for me, since I kept getting sick, but *knocks on wood*, I've been pretty good health wise right now. I lost ten pounds in two months and I hope I can keep it going.
I actually took my yoga mat to work and, when I don't have a coverage, I do a five minute workout in the back of my classroom with the lights off, door closed and locked. At night, I've been doing 20 minutes on the treadmill.
I signed up for a 5K at the start of April and there's a cool mud run obstacle course to support mission trips nearby that I'm thinking of signing up for. The latter isn't timed and just for fun... I've always wanted to do an obstacle course! I admit, the next week is going to be rough, as I have a bunch of essays coming in to score. I hope not to lose too much momentum!
