Accurate Calorie Count transfer from Misfit to MFP

Hey all! I was just wondering if you find that the calories burned that get added back to MFP via the Misfit are accurate? What are some ways that I might double-check it?
Because of my skepticism I do not eat back my exercise calories and I'm only eating on average 1100 calories a day. I usually have a 300 to 500 calorie deficit because of it and my scale victories have slowed. I don't have a hardcore exercise regime but at least 3 times a week I workout for 1 to 2 hours dancing with my Wii Just Dance games and do minor strength training via situps, crunches, planking and things like that. Could I be under or overeating and not realize it? What are your thoughts?
BTW, I'm user krwallis on Misfit and MFP if anyone wants to friend for motivation and encouragement.

1100 calories is NOT enough. NOT ENOUGH. You can't eat 1100 calories a day and be healthy. Your net target shouldn't dip below 1200 calories, and that's with eating your exercise calories back.0
