Day 11 challenge

The first 10! Repeating every challenge in 1 day.
10 crunches
10 jumping jacks
10 knee thrusts (each side)
10 lunges (each side)
10 push ups
10 10 second planks
10 calf raises
10 more crunches
10 chair dips
10 squats

If possible, try to do these one after another rather than spread out. That will enhance the cardio aspect big time! Good luck everyone.
