Power walk exercise fine but diet not so good.

Did a 60 minutes power walk today like to do different exercise. Diet not so good. I find evening times hard and then eat. Will try again today. Does any one else fails no the evenings hard. I know once I get into a week of dietinging I want ll be ok but it is trying to get started I find it hard.
May be I should do some exercise in the evenings as well.

I find evening to be the worse time, eating-wise, too. I think at the end of the day, I'm unwinding and all the cravings hit. I try to eat lighter during the day and save some calories for snacking at night.0
