Day 12 challenge

Let's get the shoulders into the mix. 100 lateral arm raises. Arms at your sides holding onto light weight. Lift up your arms at your sides and back down. If you don't have Dumbbells, use soup cans etc.. Good luck. Double it up and double your earnings.

Any pain they should be done unweighted...I have rotator issues I will not be using weight but it is still good to move and strengthen0
