4. Loading up my carbs - Good carb day - tomorrow my weight will go up a little.
I think I have cracked the decade! over 10 days in the same decade.

So excited today already did my three miles now I just have to get myself together.
I'm going to go and get my hair cut I'm going back to short and sassy. then i will go to work already warned all the old men at work it was coming. LOL Hubby is ok with it well his exact words were "This has been the longest year ever of you growing out your hair and being miserable." What can I say I guess short hair makes me happy. I was going for a totally new me but I guess my hair was one thing I really loved about the old me because I miss it.

Good morning all, it's going to be a beautiful Saturday here, supposed to be +11c again so looking forward to some outdoor time.
Today I am running my first OCR of the season, a local fun one called Winter Warrior hoping I can do ok despite my anemia.
Today's goals:
Compete my ocr
Working outside hauling and burning brush
Healthy food choices
1st BBQ of the year?

Good morning everyone!!!
Yesterday I accomplished most of my goals but when it came down to the calorie count, I failed in the funniest way I had breakfast for dinner and logged it after I finished eating. At least it was a training day and all those extras will help speed up recovery
Plans for today are mild: 14 chin-ups, a walk to the park, more than a gallon of water, food within calories, stretching and I must get groceries.
I am challenging myself to be a mindful eater all weekend long, save more calories for the evening and have a progress come Monday morning.

Looks like all wonderful plans for today!! Keep up the fantastic work! Today has been a heavier carb day, just with pre/post race food and my daughter is 10 and is swimming at districts tomorrow!!, so I made ground turkey lasagana, but overall not a bad day today.
Ran in the 10K race and was pretty happy with it! :0)
Today--at this point, just to finish off strong!0
