yesterday active and good. met my goals

Today
1. Peeling the eyes open-lost the hour!
2. Rest Day
3. Heading out for Nice morning 3 mile walk and stretching -abs
4. Food - just enjoy but don't overindulge - calories probably over
5. Water 3/4 gallon

    Good Morning!

    Had a real restless night! So today will be a challenge not to over indulge tonight! Yesterday goals went well even going out to lunch with my husband.

    Goals.
    1. Get a nice workout at the gym.
    2. State focus on making smart choices
    3. Lundy
    4. Plan my meals for the week
    5. No no no late night snacking!

    I am beat I had the early shift this morning and got up and did my 3 miles before work felt great til now when I got home and I 'm like where did that hour go I'm tired. So this week is going to be rough I work every day so my goal is to do my walks everyday and eat well and not get sucked into the let's buy lunch trap.

    Good afternoon everyone!!!
    Yesterday was even better than I expected :) I accomplished all my goals.
    Today started off good since we all got to sleep in. Plans for today are very mild, I just want to cover my basics and keep calories in the green. I want to start the new week from the best possible place :)

    @GrandmaJackie LOL thats nothing I was so tired I was afraid i would fall asleep and not hear my daughters boyfriend at the door so I did another 3 miles while I waited for him. He texted me and said he was on his way he literally works 2 miles from my home and 40 min later and 3 miles he strolls in. If I keep up this pace I'll have a lot of miles in for March. ;)

    Before I retired I would wake up at four to get a 5 mile in. It was my way of waking up, hubby called me crazy, heheh. Now I can't get my butt out of bed that early, lol.
