And undergrads, postgrads or recent graduates around?
Having a timetable that isn't consistent from one day to the nest, let alone week to week, fitting in essays, revision, dissertations, sports and societies on a low budget isn't easy. Factor in a total lack of gym (I jut can't afford it) and not enough sleep can make weight loss bloody hard work.
Any bright ideas / want to have a chat?

I'm a second year... But some how you just got to fit in an hour of exercise, walk as much as possible ( walk to uni, subce the weather is getting better out outside more often as a stress relief or for cardio) but nore importantly stocking up on the right food and starting each day with a positive mindset should be number one.
Im still on the weight loss journey feel fre to add me0
