OK. After nearly 3 weeks of being "stuck", my plateau broke and I dropped another pound!!! I am holding my breath hoping that the losses will continue. It is soooooo tough! As you all know. I thank you for your continued encouragement and support!

3/13/16: 256.4 lbs. (-33.6 lbs. total to date) [-1 lb. for the week breaking a 3 week plateau

    My weigh in day is Friday so I'm always so behind you guys. I'm really excited about this weeks weigh in as I finally hit the 100lb loss mark. Well 102 to be exact. I have 8.2lbs to lose to reach my initial goal of 175lbs. Hoping to reach that mark by mid April my 1 year anniversary on MFP. I still want to lose more after that I'm just not sure exactly how much it will depend on what I look like. I'm now more interested in my clothing size vs. what the scale reads.
