    Omg, I can only watch one day!! Don't even want to see what the rest of the week is like!! I'll try my best with this one but my muscles are already aching just thinking about it! :#

    I know the girl mentions it in the vid but I think she talks about it only in day 2 or 3: For those who don't have a dip station (I know I dont) you can use a 90degre angle counter top. I do it in my kitchen.

    Have decided to do the 30 day challenge instead so I've done day 2.

    I decided not to do this one so I found a 30 day ab challenge instead. This one is just way out of my league right now. I want something that I can start slow and build up to. I don't think this ab challenge is for beginners. And I'm so a beginner. With that said good luck to those who are taking on this challenge.

    I've modified it quite abit starting of very slow and building myself up not sure this challenge is for beginners hope that's okay :)
