In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can! B)<3

    Checking in :)

    Working on my water
    Keeping up with my PT
Was so excited about pool time coming close...until....I ran into a piece of furniture with a sharp corner. It hit me right in my incision area in knee. :(

This was yesterday, popped it right open so headed to the surgeon and he gave me something to cover it with that will hopefully cover it back up and close it up again more quickly. I must of really hit that corner hard as the incision was really closed up nicely.

So healing is set back but tis OK, glad I went..I wasn't sure if I should or not but this was it'll heal properly.

Today was rest day for me... for the small puncture wound the pain was much more intense. Felt like someone was drilling through my leg....... allllllllllll day long. lol

Headed back to bed.... prayers are always welcomed <3 SO very glad something like this didn't happen a week or two from surgery as that might have caused infection. This should heal up nicely.

You're doing great Molly and thank you for support!

Molly- Great start to you week. You have been consistent and I hope you are feeling it. Keep it going, I know you can.

Hearts- so darn mad about your hitting your knee on a corner. but you are right at least it wasn't earlier into your recovery. glad that you are back on the healing track and things will heal. just need to be a bit patient. good job with your water and your PT. keep resting and feel better.

I have not done so well. I simply have not been able to get back on track. I seriously need to make a change and stay with it. I will keep trying. All is not lost and it isn't awful, but I have to get moving and get back to logging. Keep going ladies.

<3 I so understand... at times it seems we get off track and then something clicks again and things fall into place and we get back on track. I'm here rooting for you Forest! ♥

Patience...ugh... having a bit of a time with that at the moment but you're absolutely right...that's what it's going to take.
    You're wonderful my Friend! o:)
