I have added several supplements to my daily diet. The following:
Multi-vit gummy
calcium chew
biotin chew
glucosomine and D
garlic
vit. c 1000 mil.
Omega 3-6-9

I know it's a lot, but I average only 1200-1400 calories a day and it's hard to get all the servings of vegs, fruits, grains, etc.

I've been doing all but the Omega for about 6 months. My hair has doubled it's thickness, my nails need to be trimmed more often. Plus my nails are stronger, and don't chip and split like they did. My hair is thicker and doesn't split like it did. It has a shine now. I'm also rarely sick. If I do feel a bug coming on I double my garlic and Vit C and it usually goes away. Also I take the gummy and chew forms because they digest better.

I firmly believe in the supplements, but I wonder if anyone has anything to add about the Omega?

    I take Omega-3 gummies. I had bursitis in my knees and my medical provider suggested I take Omega-3. Since I don't like swallowing pills I found these in gummy form. My bursitis has gone away, but I am still taking them to help lubricate my joints. I've been taking them for at least 3 years.
