I think you online on website login "log in" and go to your profile page. I found mine by play around on it. Hope this help?

I love my Alta. Since the recent software update, it now is synced with my iphone. The texts are cool but kind of hard to catch if your not staring at the device. The alarm feature is pretty cool too. I'm charging more than with my Fitbit One, though.
