Weekend struggles

How do you stay focused during the weekend? I keep screwing up my progress an by Monday, I'm having to work extra hard to drop it back off and hopefully a little more. My husband and I have started the 21 day fix. M-Th, it's super easy to follow the meal plan. But F-Sun is a struggle. I think extra planning is definitely in order. I'm 3.5 lbs away from ONE-derland! But I was only 1.5 lbs away last week... Why can't I keep focused?

I think a lot of it has to do with structure, at least for me. During the week, our days revolve around work, so we stay on a schedule for eating & exercise. During the weekend our days are less structured so there's time to eat out, watch tv & snack & other temptations. For me, keeping tempting foods out of the house helps & keeping busy helps me keep focused. It's a tough struggle bc there's the tendency to "enjoy the weekend" which usually means eating out with friends!!0

I have a hard time also. But I had to finally ask myself how bad did I wanted it. Food is always going to be around but its up to me to say no. Now instead of struggling F-S, its gotten down to only Sunday. But on Monday its back on track. Good luck! :-)0
