TRAINING: Week of 3/28

For all three days: start with a brisk 5:00 warm up walk, then alternate 1:00 jogging and 1:30 walking for 20 minutes. End with a 5:00 cool down walk.

GROUP TRAINING: Meet Monday 3/28 at Schoen Place at 5:30pm to run Day 1 together!
