Did well with food and exercise. There is a possibility of a full time position opening up in another dept. It would be 3 rd shift a dept I'm not fond of but I would have full time so I have a lot of thinking to do. My dept has no full time positions I may work the hours for months on end but I receive no benefits for it. 3 rd shift doesn't bother me it's actually a shift i like so much to think about.

    Good morning everyone!!!
Had a good day yesterday, accomplished all my goals. :)
Today I start a new cycle with the chin-ups and I'm hoping that by the end of this challenge I can hit 8 of them in a row. Also on my agenda are all the basics for today.
Let's make this Thursday fabulous and Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!

    Good afternoon!

    Happy St. Patrick's Day!!

My weight is way up, but that was expected. It'll drop in a day or two. I have corned beef and cabbage at my mom's tonight, so I may not get my workout in. I'll try to get my steps and some stretching done anyway.

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 12k steps
    3. 2 mile run & yoga (if at all possible)
