Okay I lost 2 pounds this week. So that is about 3 pounds of vacation weight off and still going. I gained 4 at vacation time.
I am in for the next round. I have been staying off of sugar, very hard, and walking more with my
hubby and still doing my Yoga.
I am joining the 60's group as I am 66 now and will be 67 next month.
