My weight this morning was 117. I forgot when this challenge started and what I weighed.
I have lost 45 lbs from my highest weight.0 -
Today I am .06 up since we weighed in , in January. It has been lower, but it varies.0

Okay I lost 2 pounds this week. So that is about 3 pounds of vacation weight off and still going. I gained 4 at vacation time.
I am in for the next round. I have been staying off of sugar, very hard, and walking more with my
hubby and still doing my Yoga.
I am joining the 60's group as I am 66 now and will be 67 next month.
