Yesterday Finished off well except really hard to hit the gallon. Hubby is sick so did not get my green beer. I'll get it on the weekend! Saturday pub crawl so I will be up early and probably not tracking this weekend..but I will choose wisely!
Today:
1. Go for the gallon
2. HIIT before work
3. Lo Carb Day
4. a little yard work at lunch

Did well yesterday I upped the water I stayed calm. I am aiming today to do the same. Already did the exercise just got to get the booty out the door for work with my lunch packed. Have been doing well with that too.0

Yesterday, was a crazy hectic day!
So had to make adjusts to my meals but I made healthy choices! Uaually I tend to over eat under stress but this time no, yesss! The scale not moving but at least it's not going up,
Today's goals
1. Morning run / Stair Stepper
2. Hit protein goal
3. Under soda goal
4. No late night snacking
5. Evening walk
6. Plan dinner for the weekend.0 -

I hit my calorie goal yesterday, but didn't get my steps done or my workout. Friday's usually my rest day, so I'm just going to switch the workout to today. My fitbit battery is running low and I don't have my charger on me, so I might have to estimate steps today. I'll charge it when I get home, but I might miss my afternoon steps. Oh well.
Birthday party for Mr. Ting tomorrow. He's turning 30!

Yesterday wend great, I was very active, made good choices except for stealing some of my daughters fries of her plate
Today I want to manage my time very well and do a training session, cover all the basics and just have a nice day going into the weekend.
