July is upon us...Summer is in full swing...and there are soooo many miles waitin' to be walked, ran, cycled, swam, and what ever else you can think of do in the summer sun.
I made it 144 miles in June with walking, running, and cycling combined. Still looking for that 150 mile mark. July is my month I can feel it
Make sure you have plenty of water along for the ride in the hot summer days, and be sure to rest if you need.
