In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.
Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

- Bed - 10:30pm
- Be kinder to myself and quit expecting perfection.

Hearts- You are awesome to keep us going. thanks for starting the new week. Your goals are good ones especially #3. Perfection is over rated and not reality. LOL. just keep doing your best. the rest will follow.
Molly- You have been doing a very consistent and good job. It is showing in your weight loss. but mostly I know that it is the lifestyle and the changes you are making that is the most important. Keep it going. You can do it and you are so worth it.

3. have 2 or more days with 7,000 steps

Hello Ladies
Still battling with the blues a bit and so haven't gotten myself back over here to share. Amazing how the little things that are simple can take such effort when you feel a bit down. My doc upped my medicine a bit so hopefully that takes me through this rough spot.
Check in:- Water - doing much better with it, focusing on getting the amount back up has helped a lot. Taking more water in is feeling so much better!
- Bed - several days earlier in the week I went to bed at 7:30 - 8:30pm ...it felt like just what I needed those nights.
- Kindness - that perfectionist runs deep and the roots might have to be dug up like some of those pesty weeds in the garden. But when I lay in bed at night I try and think over my day and it usually feels pretty good. So I feel a change as I think over my day...seems to be making me more aware of how I'm treating myself and my expectations.
