I lost quite a lot of weight using herbalife products l, it cleared my psoriasis up and helped my depression too, but i have fallen off the bandwagon and desperately want to get back on but need support x
Heaviest was 30 stone
I weighed 18 1/2 stone when i started herbalife
Lost about 6 stone using the products and became a herbalife member, but since i put my membership on hold i have gone back up to 17 stone and cant shift it! , i know what i need to do but was doing so well when i had my own health coach who weighed me weekly, can anyone here help online? For support
