Good morning everyone!!!
Things were good throughout the weekend and I'm ready to start the week fresh. I was a bit disappointed that my weight didn't drop in time for the milestone but luckily for me I keep records of my weekly average weight and this week I was exactly on point with my lowest
The plan for today is to have an active rest day and cover all my basics.

Good morning all! Haven't been checking in much the last couple of weeks. Just off my game with all that's going on.
Hoping next week I can get back onto my routine again. One more iron infusion tomorrow and then fingers crossed I start feeling better soon.
