I'm with you! Even behaving over this past weekend and on the go I had still gone up almost three pounds. I'm surprised I even had a loss this week.0 -

Week 11: 167.2 - water weight - been eating things with lots of sodium in it. Since I'm posting a week late, I'm already back down to 164.4 after drinking more water and eating less salt for week 12.0
